Important Information

*PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

When attending your appointment it is imperative that you have a piece of Government Issued Photo Identification to present. In the event physical Photo Identification cannot be produced, the Commissioner will not be able proceed with your appointment and will have to reschedule.


Photo Identification must be in hand at the time of the appointment. Photocopies, pictures or videos of your Identification will not be accepted.


If you do not have Photo Identification due to it being lost or stolen, you must attend a registry for further instruction on how to obtain your Identification. This is something we are unable to assist with.

    As Commissioner for Oaths, we are not legally authorized to provide any legal advise or direction of the documents being signed nor are we to validate the information within the document. The purpose of a Commissioner for Oath is to swear the contents of the document you are signing as true and correct to your belief. Once a document has been Commissioned, the legal liability of that document is the signer.
